Hi,
On 01-04-2023 i purchased the Gold pass in Clash of Clans through Apple Payment,
But the amount debited from the Bank account & the gold pass also not received.
Also in Apple purchase the apple purchase history the details are not reflecting.
Kindly need your support.

If you were charged for a purchase but did not receive it, you can submit a refund request with these steps:
1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
