Fitness Rewards on Apple Watch Reset

Hello everyone,

I would like you to help me out with the following query — do Apple Fitness awards/badges get deleted on an older iPhone once we unpair the watch from that iPhone and pair it up with a new one? They don’t have to transfer to the new iPhone, I would just like to keep them on the older device (which I don’t have fully backed up, due to lack of storage).

I would not want to lose any badges, and I’m asking this because the fact that Apple has rolled out the Fitness app to all iPhones irrespective of having an Apple Watch gives me hope :)

Provided you have "Health" turned on in iphone Settings, [your name], iCloud, (show all) then the health information which feeds the Fitness app will be retained and passed to the next iphone and watch.

The iPhone Fitness app without Watch will only populate the Red (active KCal) ring, not the blue and green rings. The KCal will be more accurate with Watch as you can use Workouts.
