Add payment method

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

You can add your payment method directly from your iPhone. Do you receive an error message when you add the necessary details?

The details can be added from Settings. Make sure you're using a card approved for use in your region. Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support has a list of available payment methods per region.

Add a payment method on your iPhone or iPad

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap Media & Purchases, then tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.

4. Tap Manage Payments.

5. Tap Add Payment Method.

 6. Enter the payment method details, then tap Done.
