How to disable require passcode immediately

trying to figure out why my iPad is suddenly requiring touch ID or passcode immediately instead of after five minutes as it was previously set. My iPad gets used primarily or watching video especially when I am Cooking and it is inappropriate to have to clean hands to touch it every time I need to pause and turn away for a moment. I do not have Apple Pay enabled, and this iPad does not have Face ID. Touch ID is enabled. I’ve looked up disabling require touch ID immediately and everything I see mentions Face ID not touch ID, and wallet, which again is not enabled.

My iPad 7th gen is strictly for personal use And does not have any work related information on it. My iPhone does have work related information on it and a work control app. Both are connected to the same Apple ID And they do synchronize personal information, but not work information or work accounts.

How can I disable ‘require touch ID immediately’ on my personal device?
