Color display on 12pro
I inadvertently changed my display to black and white! DUH!
How to I restore color display?

Turning off Color Filters should help. The following explains where to find the option:
Open the Settings app, then tap Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Color Filters.
Use display and text size preferences on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
