How Do I view all sandboxed Apps?

What do you mean how do you view them? Every app on an iPhone is sandboxed.

Sorry, but you're not making much sense.
I suspect you're trying to come up with a way to set up your phone as a multi-user device with different apps available depending on what lock code you use (which isn't possible, because you can only have one).
You can't do that.
Well as in I believe my 12 I set to go different routes depending on the code or face I use

Different routes? Not sure what you mean by that.
Again, all apps are sandboxed in their own memory space. Regardless of code (what do you mean by that) or face you use.
