Apple Music

So my Apple Music won’t let me delete or add any songs to my library. I can still listen to all songs even if I don’t have them in my library and I can listen to the ones in there as well, and the delte option shows up but once I click delte it doesn’t delete. And same thing with adding songs to my library I click “add to library” but they won’t add. Can somebody please help meee
