Hi Team,
Please recall all the display issue for Iphone 13 Pro Max Year 2021 all the way to 2022 with the screen issue. This is due to the display using Samsung to increase the display brightness, but unfortunately it will damage the screen upon updating the IOS 16.3 to 16.4. You may refer to the photo attached for the awareness. The display will be costly to replace. I have 2 unit of iphone 13 pro max with the same issue badly damage…

I already contact the support team here in SEA Region and unfortunately they ignore this is issue as if the user have problem. This is apple product issue. I expecting someone who able to resolve this issue ASAP.
