App Store Disabled

I am having trouble downloading apps to my phone its giving me the following error, "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes." Can you please assist me with this?

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 16

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
