How do I block all calls from people who are not in my contacts list. I do not want to receive any phone calls from people who are not in my contacts list. I want those calls to go directly to voicemail where if they really need to get thru they can text me and that's all. This should be standard on all iPhones

In Settings/Phone there is a switch to Silence Unknown Callers. If this is on all calls from numbers that are not in your Contacts will go to voicemail.
