Unlocking a deceased family member's phone
My son died and we can't get in his iphone. Do we need a court order? I want to use it but only for pictures, not as a phone.

Accessing Account Info:
Do you have access to his account? Was family sharing enabled? If so, you may be able to access the photos through those methods. You can check iCloud, directly. Log in here with his account info: https://www.icloud.com/photos/
