How long is the warranty on an Apple Watch generation eight?

It depends on your country.

Apple offer a standard manufacturer 12 month warranty in the country where you purchased the Watch. If you buy the Watch from, say, USA and you live in Europe then you have no warranty at all.

If you pay for AppleCare+ you get 2 years.

Some European countries require 2 years under law, and UK allows for limited restitution up to 6 years from the retailer which may or may not be Apple. .
