Is there a drum kit in GarageBand that includes a shaker, a triangle, and bongo drums? Or perhaps an add on drum kit I can install? Maybe some sort of “ international percussion” sort of collection? Thanks-

There are Drummers in GarageBand software and there are percussionists. Add a drummer, then add a second drummer and change the second drummer to the percussion settings. They are two separate things.
You might try MainStage, that has all the instruments from the late JamPacks.
