How can I recover notes files after accidentally deleting from mi iPad/iPhone

Deleted Notes can be recovered from the Notes App Recently Deleted folder; when initially deleting a Note, it is first moves to the Recently Deleted folder - this being accessible from the Notes sidebar.
If Notes have been subsequently deleted from the Recently Deleted folder, they are permanently deleted.
