Background Items Added?

is there a way to prevent the 'Background Items Added' notification in macOS 13 Ventura
I have since been told that updating the OS to version 13.3.1 will fix this problem I'm trying that right now. (I'm seeing the problem in Ventura 13.2.1.)
Notifications can be controlled on the Mac by visiting System Settings (or Preferences) > Notifications.
There you can enable or disable notifications from the OS and applications as you like.
Please see: Change Notifications settings on Mac - Apple Support
and: View app notifications on Mac - Apple Support
It's not clear which notification I need to turn off to fix this. For example, many of the "Background Items Added" notifications are for Microsoft Edge, but notifications for that app are already turned off. Clicking on it opens the Systems Settings window, set to the Login Items tag, but there's no "Systems Settings" or "Login Items" Application to turn off under the "Notifications" tab.
All of these same notifications keep reappearing every day, sometimes more than once a day, so this is clearly a bug in the latest version of the OS (13.2.1). They all say this:
"xxx" added items that can run in the background. You can manage this in Login Items Settings.
I seriously doubt Microsoft Edge is adding items every day.
