My Airpods Case makes bubbling noise even when not in use

That is a strange issue to occur with your AirPods charging case, and we'd like to learn more about what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes:

1. When did this start?
2. Has your AirPods been dropped recently, or even come into contact with liquid?
3. Does the same issue occur after a reset of your AirPods? If you haven't yet tried one, this link lists the steps to try one now: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro
4. We see you're pairing it with an iPhone, but if you have a compatible model, the latest version is iOS 16.4. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.

same out here, i actually don't have an iPhone, i have a mac and I'm experiencing the same exact issue. when i lift the case or even just leaving it alone it always happens by its own , i even remember that day when we were all sitting together at home in my parents house and me and my dad literally went silent we thought it was somebody's phone ringing but turned out its my AirPods case, just started ringing by its own

I got the same problem. Mine was flashing green and making that sound. I’m on iOS 17. Checked everywhere online but couldn’t get an answer.

same here, don’t know how to solve.

Already changed them by the Apple Store and got new ones, still the same issue.

I have dropped my case twice and after the fist drop it started and now it just randomly makes noises.

I habe the same issue ober months, also on ios 17 now, if i pick up my case with air pods 2 pro and bring some nfc device nearby a credit card, a key from my car (volvo) or even my iphone the case makes a giggling sound

very annoying why, in the case settings i turnes of all case sounds but the giggline noise is still there

I'm having the exact same issue, my pro 2s make this bubbling ringtone when I a lift them up. From an 1 year experience, I have never heard this sound before, seems like something related to the airpods firmware.

Same issue, its like phone ringing. i searched everywhere but couldn’t find the answer why its ringing like this. Mostly when i lift my airpods from the table or from the pocket it starts to ring.

Same thing for me. Suddenly chirping sound randomly.

the actual problem is that i got new ones from Apple and even then it didn’t stop
