IPhone 13 unresponsive upper left corner (brand new phone)

I’ve seen some issues with responsiveness in the iPhone. My iPhone 13 is brand new shipped directly from Apple and more times than night. I have issues with the arrow in the upper left-hand corner that I can’t go back or select it, etc. because it doesn’t detect my finger in the upper left-hand corner of the screen. I have no screen protector on and there’s plenty of space around my case so that is not an issue and I have restarted my iPhone multiple times. ...

For all the iPhones I’ve had previously I’ve never had an issue like this. So there Hass to be an underlying issue, and I even set my sensitivity if that was the correct setting, to a setting, that would make it less sensitive or more sensitive one or the other I’m not sure. Does anybody else have an upper left-hand corner issue with your iPhone?

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are having an issue with a specific place on the display of your iPhone, even after trying some good steps. Let's make sure you have covered the steps recommended by Apple:

"If your screen is too sensitive or responds intermittently to touch

1. Restart your iPhone or iPad.

2. Make sure that your screen is clean and free of any debris or water.

3. Disconnect any Lightning or USB-C accessories. If your screen works after removing an accessory, try using a different outlet, cable, or charger.

4. Remove any cases or screen protectors."
