Hi gourav106,

Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities. We understand you've paid for iCloud+ but still do not have access to the extra iCloud storage space. This article can help with checking your purchase history to make sure the payment went through successfully: View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services.

If you need to request a refund, this article has the steps: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

"How to request a refund

  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
  3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
  4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription."

If you need further assistance, you'll want to contact Apple Support directly.

Take care.
