Screen Time ‘always allow’ website isn’t working

Since I upgraded to 16.4 on iOS and iPad OS the Screen Time content filters have been blocking out normal sites.

One site that I frequently use is a site that lists art gallery shows. I have added this to my “always allow” list but since the OS upgrade, I cannot get it to work. Occasionally I might see something, usually just the home page. But once I click for the detail of any listing, or login to view it with my account, all i get is a blank white screen. The only way that i can view this site is to turn off the content filter entirely.

Any suggestions?
