Apple Music

I recent got a new phone. I transferred everything from my old phone to the new one. My Apple Music isn’t allowing me to download music, it says my device is already linked and I cannot download music for 52days and then only it can be transferred after the 52days. How can I solve this issue and get back to using my Apple Music?

Hello, YahyaR,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities, it's great to have you here. It sounds like you're having some trouble with connecting your device with Apple Music and we'd like to help if we can. Based on your description of the issue, we believe that you either need to manage the devices associated with your Apple ID or that you already have, and may need to wait for the allotted period of time before proceeding. Whenever you sign in to a new device with your Apple ID, it becomes associated with that Apple ID. If need be, you can remove an associated device however it may take up to 90 days after removing that device to associated it with a new Apple ID.

This article has more information: View and remove your devices that are associated with Apple ID purchases - Apple Support

If you purchased the device pre-owned and it is associated with an Apple ID that doesn't belong to you, or if you mistakenly associated it with an incorrect Apple ID, you may want to try reaching out to Apple directly. If support is available in your region, you'll be able to work with an advisor one on one to see if there may be some further assistance they can offer. You'd want to start here for that: Contact Apple Support

We hope that this information is helpful.

Have a great day!
