Unable to add payment method to my Apple ID
Why can’t I change I need to put in anew cc number my credit card when one became inactive
I want to add a new credit card number

Hello kidsonetwo, If your cc issuer supports it should update automatically. If not you will need to remove the card and add it with the update card info. See this Apple Support page and scroll down near the end.
