Based on Personal Experience: You might want to consider purchasing a book for personal use. macOS Catalina: The Missing Manual: The Book That Should Have Been in the Box - Amazon. That is a book series that I purchase every time I upgrade my system, or just want to learn about the topic. I started Mac in 2010, and this is the book that helped me: Switching to the Mac: The Missing Manual, Snow Leopard Edition - Amazon. For me, I always purchase hardcopies.
