Why am I getting these messages in my iPhone XR? I did an update from my settings about 2 weeks ago supposedly to fix bugs and do other good things the say (apple) will do. No I have to resend my texts to family and friends 2-4 times some times they do through and other times they don’t. Please tell me why this is happening??

Text messaging is a carrier feature, contact your carrier. Otherwise, check your network. Make sure that you can use messages on WiFi as well as cellular.
