Are You Still Watching?

How do I stop the message "We noticed there's been no activity for a while. Do you want to continue watching?" Appears after a couple of hours on one channel. Using Optimum app and a Samsung UN55AU8000.

The message is from the content provider and app publisher. It is not a device feature or setting. Please contact Optimum about the options for their service and their app. How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
