Well, here’s how to find out→Checklist: If you want to see if anyone else has access to your device or accounts - Apple Support. But note that if you have 2 factor authentication on your Apple ID you would have to approve access for anyone who knew your Apple ID and password.

Your bill for what? Your wallet is just a convenient way to use credit and debit cards. Anyone who knows your card number can use it for purchases; doing so does not require access to your wallet app. Further, the Wallet can only be used by someone with physical access to your phone while it is unlocked. So however they are charging things to a credit or debit card it is not by using the Wallet app.

An Apple Card is harder to clone than most credit cards. The only way it can be cloned is if you swipe the physical card (rather than insert it) at a retail terminal, or you use it at a risky website. If you think this has happened open Wallet, tap on the card, then the 3-dot circle in the upper right, Card Details, and tap Call to speak to an Apple Card rep.
