apple id email change keeps game center data and phone data?

if I change my apple ID email will it delete my game center data or my icloud data or my phone data?

I have to change my email address which is used for apple ID My service provider is retiring my email address I’ve had over 20 years. I edited my Apple ID email, but it had me add an email. So now it shows both the new and old email. However, I can sign into my apple Id using the new added email but shouldn’t the old email be removed? This is for my iPad and iPhone.

Change your Apple ID - Apple Support

follow the above. If you create a new ID you’ll lose everything.
