Missing Apple Wallet Transactions

Has this happened to anyone. I transferred money from my bank account to my apple wallet. I paid a bill through my apple wallet and I received a confirmation that it was paid. Now the company is saying they never received the money. Apple doesn’t know where the money went and my bank doesn’t know either. There aren’t any transactions from apple of the money or my bank. Only the confirmation that the bill was paid. It’s very frustrating because no one is being helpful. Any suggestions?
