FaceTime video not working /audio only.
I have an iPhone 14 promax, and when I make FaceTime phone calls, the video doesn’t work…. audio only.
I am updated to the latest IOS version. I’ve factory reset I’ve done everything I can find on Google.

You mentioned that you are on the latest iOS version. Do you mean the latest public release, iOS 16.4.1, or the latest beta version iOS 16.5?
If you are on beta, you can follow these steps to remove it, report the behavior, and restore to the backup you were asked to create when you joined the beta: Apple Beta Software Program.
If you still run into trouble with those steps, you can connect with Apple directly using either Apple Support or if you're in a region without direct support options, you can also Contact Apple for support and service.
