I am using Outlook on a Mac Studio and a MacBook Pro. Both are running the latest Ventura release. Spotlight does not index Outlook mail folders. I have tried everything I know, plus I have tried suggestions using search engines. Nothing seems to work for me. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You mentioned that you've tried some suggestions already; was rebuilding the Spotlight index one of the suggestions that you tried? If not, then we believe it's a great place to start. This process can help resolve issues with Spotlight search results: Rebuild the Spotlight index on your Mac - Apple Support. In addition to working through those steps, we also want to recommend that you try rebuilding the mailboxes directly in the Mail app as well. Thank you for the suggestions. I am rebuilding the entire spotlight index on my Studio computer. This will take some time as I have an enormous number of files but I have not done that. Then, if that does not work I will try the mailbox rebuilds. If I continue to have problems I will add another response. Thanks again.

I have tried to rebuild the entire index and the spotlight Outlook mailbox index with no positive results. Everything did work until I migrated from my iMAC to the Studio. I guess I will live without Outlook mailbox search.
