All may be Fine:
Unfortunately, there is no way to determine why, nor when the percentage of the Battery Health dropped. So, there really is no "norm" set for the percentage of Battery Heath decreasing. Apple recommends you get a new battery, when the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower. So, if has not yet reached that, then you are fine for now.
What is your maximum capacity? I
f it has dropped 40% in those 11 months and your maximum capacity is 60% then I would think something is wrong and you should be able to get it replaced under warranty. With that being said, you can only expect about 5 years before you need a battery replacement. It obviously depends on charge cycles and could be as little as 3 years.
Most users experience a decrease of 1-2 percent each month (on average). How long have you had the phone?
My phone now 11 months old.
