Why is my tracking off due to settings from my apple ID

Can’t enable tracking Hi so I’ve been trying to enable tracking for an app called Fetch, it is an app where you scan receipts and they give you points. They recently came out with a game update in which I can download games and get points, but to be able to do that I need to allow tracking for the Fetch App. I have tried logging in and out of my iCloud multiple times, updated my phone, changed my birthday date, checked my profile, allowed apple advertisements in screen time, checked every thing in the settings in Fetch and phone settings and nothing. I do not know what to do.

Why can’t I allow tracking? How do I know if there is a company managing my Apple ID while trying to allow tracking on my iPhone 11 I ran into a problem. When I try to allow tracking it can’t be turned on while reading about it. I assume that that Hass to be the reason why because I am not a child, nor is there a child account added to my Apple ID.

Hi Osmolan99,

Are you referring to the app tracking feature under Settings > Privacy > Tracking?

If 'Allow Apps to Request to Track' is toggled off and you cannot turn on, first make sure you're fully updated.

Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If the issue persists after that, contact Apple Support directly for assistance.
