MESSAGES NOT SYNCING WITH MY MAC LAPTOP

Icloud is turned on, but I just cannot get my phone messages to sync with messages on my Mac laptop...? I'm not a novice...and from what I see, the two should be syncing...photos, phone messages, etc are syncing...just not text messages....?

Messages not deleting on MAC So even though I have everything updated and I put my I cloud to “sync everything” on my Mac, messages that I deleted on my i phone from the past still show up, even though newer deleted things get deleted , the old stuff stays. I just didn’t want to always have to do this manually or delete all my messages on every new device i get , any suggestions ?

Macbook Air will NOT sync iMessages from iPhone to MB Air I am having a issue with Syncing from my iPhone to my Macbook Air. I have turned on via settings, sync in iCloud. It will not sync previous text's as read and updated. It only sync's text's that i write from my iMac Air. I have enabled Sync via my devices on both iMac & iPhone. My MB will not clear out already seen message on my iphone.... I Must be doing something wrong.... :(

Messages is not syncing across my devices I mostly use my iPhone and iPad for Messages. I just opened my iMac and found that Messages is not syncing, and I have a ton of old messages on the mac that were long ago deleted on the iPhone and/or iPad. iMac 21.5", OS Ventura 13.1 iPad 6th gen, OS 16.6.1 iPhone OS 16.3.1
