Why isn't there a way to automatically alphabetize my Favorites on my iPhone?

I somewhat recently (within the last 2 months) updated my iPhone 7 (and my iPhone SE) to iOS 15.7.4 and when I was using the SE within the last month I noticed that my Favorites were not in alphabetical order anymore. I rearranged them, which was tedious AF, and later on, I was using my iPhone 7 again (the 7 is my main phone, and the SE is just a backup, with no SIM card in it, I use it to listen to music when doing dishes) and all the Favorites on that phone are now out of alphabetical order. What the heck? Why does it seem like updating my iOS is making things on my phone worse than before I updated? Updating your phone should make it better, not worse!

I digressed there, oops! My actual question is: Is there a way to alphabetize my Favorites automatically (meaning is there a way I can tap a button to have them stay in alphabetical order, like how I can alphabetize my Notes, which is an awesome feature!)?
