Apple had me install a file called loggingiosiOS on my iPhone. How do I ensure it is off?

My iPhone 13 has been a lemon from the start. At one point, Apple's customer service reps had me download and install something called "loggingiOS" so they could monitor my notifications. They never even got to the bottom of the problem and I'm so done with iPhones now that it doesn't even pick up service like identical iPhones on identical networks in the same location. While I wait out the final months of its usefulness, how do I ensure this is off and not tracking stuff I don't want to be tracked?
