airplay keeps asking for a code to play to my bluesound node

Hi - I have a new bluesound node which I cannot airplay to. As per the manufacturer, I have done a factory reset but airplay still keeps asking me for an "'onscreen code"'

I also an LG TV registered under airplay which I cannot seem to remove even though I have

set automatically airplay to TV's as "never".

Please help !
