Unfortunately, you would have to delete another app on your phone to make space for a new app. Alternatively, you could delete photos, and other data. To view what is taking up your storage space, open settings:
Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

If your internal storage is full, your only option is to better manage the storage that you have - and delete unused Apps or unneeded data.
