Changing of region to apps

i have a game app that was downloaded from japan region. Now i moved to singapore how do i retain that app

ITunes region change Hey, I've been wanting to change my iTunes location to my country after traveling back from China mainland. Already changed the region in the general settings, but I wanted to confirm if changing the location in iTunes, would have an effect on purchased apps? My concern is the Procreate app in specific. (which I purchased in China mainland) It would be a bummer to lose it. I hope I wouldn't have to purchase it again.. right?

Unable to change App Store region after downloading an app So, I changed my region in AppStore to download a App, 30 mins after downloading the App I’m about to change my region again but I can’t changed it, I don’t have subscriptions or money on my apple account and I don’t have family sharing. The app will remain on your device for as long as you keep it there, but if you need to redownload it and the Singapore store does not have it then you will not be able to redownload it without returning to the Japan store.
