AirPods Pro 1 (Case)

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem AirPods Pro Case. Es funktioniert nicht mehr, sobald ich es vom Ladekabel trenne, obwohl es vollständig aufgeladen ist. Ich habe bereits alles auf der Website von Apple überprüft und das Problem besteht weiterhin. Ich habe das Case zurückgesetzt und erneut gekoppelt, aber das Problem besteht weiterhin.

Meu AirPods Pro funciona bem no iphone e mal no MacBook Possuo um AirPods Pro 1ª Geração. Ele funciona perfeitamente bem quando utilizado com o IPhone. Quando utilizo o AirPods com o MacBook ele apresenta ruídos/falha nos áudios do Whatsapp, e as músicas falham todo o tempo tanto em sites quanto no Spotify, Deezer, Amazon Music. Alguém já teve este problema também? Se positivo, o que fizeram para resolver?

AirPods Pro case discharge without any use . Hi , I have new AirPods Pro , I have a weird issue with the case , after the case reach 100% ( and the buds as well ) the case discharge ( 3-8% every 12h) without any use . I talk with local support (Israel ) and sent them to lab ( twice!!) but not issue was found . I am sure there is an issue but nobody want to help / replace those set . **my girl friend have the same model but without any issue . please help me , Elior
