Sustain pedal is working, but not for certain plugins and stocked instruments!

HELP!!! My sustain pedal is fairly new so it works just fine, but it doesn’t work with certain plugins and some stocked sounds in Logic. The plugins in particular that doesn’t work are, Kontakt, Omnisphere 2, and Albino 3 (oldie but goodie lol). In logic, I can see that the sustain pedal does read, but with these plugins and a few of the software instruments in logic, I get nothing. The standalone of these particular plugins doesn’t sustain at all either. Do anybody knows what this is??? I am using a keylab 61 controller btw, if that helps.
