I have an installation of Windows 11 on an ssd, the computer crashed. I know there is capability for a Macbook to run Windows virtually. Is there a way to run the installation from my Mac virtually, or in a VM using the SSD as the hard drive? I decrypted the drive and it is working still.

It won't work. You need Windows 11 ARM to work on a silicon Mac and it must be installed following the instructions I linked to above.

It is difficult to understand what it is you are trying to do. What model/year Mac do you have?
