Trying to login into Facebook on a new iPhone 14 Plus for the first time and FB asking for a code from my code generator. How do I get that. Tia!

With whatever 2 factor authentication app you used to set up to work with Facebook. YOu'll need to get with FB or look at their help site, not an Apple issue.
