With absolutely no information about the watch you own we couldn't possibly know why it doesn't pair?
Is this a new watch? A used watch? One you've owned and need to now pair with a new iPhone. What model watch is it?

Sorry, I thought it was in there. It is an Apple 9.3.1 Version A2292

I got it for Christmas brand new. It was paired to my old IPhone 12 with no issues. I have removed it from my 12 phone but I can’t get it paired with the 14.
