Why is Apple Support Screen share's Accept - Agree not coming through when on phone to Advisor. I have moved from an old mac mini to a new mac mini. We then have to switch t the Ara.apple method which is more time consuming. Thee must be a reason. Is there an issue with this in OSX Mojave perhaps ?

One way to block an inbound screen sharing session is to have your Firewall set to block all incoming connections. You should be certain that the person on the other end is really an Apple Advisor and not someone asking for your credit card, and you have a last Time Machine backup before they begin screen sharing.
You can check that setting in Ventura at Settings > Network > Firewall > Options panel.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I am on OSX Mojave - though a different path I did check Firewall and it is off - all incoming connections to this computer are allowed. However For a short time I am on a DVI KVM Switch that allows me to sqitch from an older mac to this SSD Mac mini - so when that is discarded the problem may go
