I need help I clicked on a website and it said my has been hacked and I don’t know what to do.

There are several of those sites that try to get you to buy or download a scanner to fix a problem that does not exist. There is nothing for you to worry about. For the safest browsing make sure at Settings > Safari, you have Block Pop-ups on and there are no Extensions.
