Ongoing call showing on full screen when locked

Hi Team,

one of the member of this community have asked the same thing earlier but was not addressed properly.

i want to highlight it again , when i am on a call and i lock my screen , after i just press the power button its showing me ongoing call in full screen and i have to press my home button or swipe it up to move it to the top under notification.

its frustrating to see upon opening my phone i see a full screen of ongoing call .

i will attach the pic to make it easy for you guys how its showing and how it should look like .
