Videos, like Photos, are securely stored in iCloud. Videos are most often stored in the Photos app, and thus they are synchronized in iCloud Photos.
The amount of data that can be seen in iCloud Photos here may also contain your videos:
Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage
You can also view your videos in the Photos app. If you have saved Videos in iCloud Drive, you can view and manage them in the Files app on your iPhone. If you have saved movies from Apple TV+, they can be managed from the Apple TV+ app.
