Set up frozen at add card

To get started, if your MacBook Pro has become unresponsive, the best option would be to force the MacBook to shutdown and then start the set up process over. For steps on how to force your MacBook to shutdown, check out this link here: Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support

Important: You can force a shutdown if necessary—for example, if your Mac becomes unresponsive—by pressing and holding the power button until your Mac shuts down. You may lose unsaved changes in open documents.
