Sound Notifications not working

Everything we have tried isn’t working. Received an email from The Littles and trying to reply didn’t work either. Nothing works to resolve the sound notifications for text messages. 🤬

Have you enabled Scheduled Summary?

Settings > Notifications > [Select the App that you are having trouble receiving immediate notifications]

See the pic below for a few examples. Please select immediate delivery.

Iphone 13 mini, cannot get sound notifications for any app and I have been through the settings several times, on forums all over the inter web. This is a prevalent issue that needs to be elevated to the top. I (we) cannot stare at our phones all day waiting for a message from any app, we have jobs, so APPLE do your job and fix this. This is my first and last iPhone, regret moving away from Android.

Still not working. And the current software update didn’t fix it either.
