Refund was asked and given and now Apple is turning back on their word
Hi guys. I recently accidentally bought a very expensive item in a game that I did not mean to buy and I reached out to Apple for a refund immediately. The customer service agent told me that my item was successfully refunded within 30 days of then. It has now been around a week since then and I asked another Apple customer service agent on an update regarding my refund. They told me that I am ineligible for a refund although I was previously told my refund took place and the current customer service agent placed a dispute for the refund. Currently I have no idea what to do as I am out a lot of money that I desperately need.
