IPhone 13 Pro baseband no signal
Dear Apple Customer Support,
I am writing to report an issue with my iPhone 13 Pro. Recently, my phone has been experiencing a baseband problem which led to the phone heating up and ultimately shutting down. Unfortunately, my phone is now completely dead and I am unable to turn it on.
I have tried troubleshooting the issue with no success. I believe this may be a hardware issue and I am hoping that Apple can provide a solution to this problem. As my phone is still under warranty, I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide in resolving this issue.
I rely on my iPhone for both personal and professional use, and it is imperative that I have a functioning device. I am a loyal Apple customer and I am hopeful that we can work together to find a solution.
